What to expect
After you have made the initial contact I will invite you to connect via phone or video call for a FREE one hour consultation. Once we have decided we are the right fit for each other I will then invite you to book your first 90 minute session with me. In the first session I will take some basic details regarding your background and if we have time a short hypnosis.
Each subsequent session would consist of talking therapy and hypnosis. Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation a guided journey to access your subconscious mind. Each session is different and adapted to your personal needs.
Sessions are conducted online. You will need a computer tablet or reliable mobile phone with a good internet connection in a space where you will not be disturbed and will be able to recline in a comfortable position for hypnosis.

Initial Consultation one hour FREE
90 minute sessions charged at £70 per session
Block booking of 6 are charged at £60 per session and must be paid in advance
